Refund Policy

  • All purchases from consultrustpro.com are eligible for refund before the online session start date.
  • If you are experiencing quality issues, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • We may require your order number, order information, and some detailed photos to confirm the nature of the quality issue before we can provide a solution. You can report a problem thru the mobile application (ConsulTrust) as well, by pressing “More->Report a Problem” and then select billing problem. Or send us an email on support@consultrustpro.com
  • Our target is to make our customers’ coaching session experience pleasant. If the issue can be easily fixed with proper technical support will let you know, we can offer you as well reschedule of meeting to another timing that suite your needs and upon our consultant availability.
  • Any returns must be discussed and authorized by our customer service in advance. We will come back to you with details of return instructions and return address info after our customer service has authorized your return application.
  • In order to have a clear return policy for our service customer must cancel the meeting or apologize before the meeting start time and date. If customer didn’t cancel the meeting and didn’t show-up during the session, our professional consultants will be available online during the whole session duration waiting for you to show-up. If customer didn’t show up the full amount will be deducted and will not be refundable.
  • If customer canceled the meeting before 72 hours from meeting start, customer will be eligible for refund of 90% of the session fees
  • If customer canceled the meeting in less than 72 hours and more than 48 hours from meeting start, customer will be eligible for refund of 75% of the session fees
  • If customer canceled the meeting in less than 48 hours from meeting start, customer will be eligible for refund of 50% of the session fees
  • Refund amount will be available in your wallet for future meeting reservations if needed. If you decided not to go soon with another meeting, we will refund the amount back to your credit card. Send us email to support@consultrustpro.com and it will be refunded within 15 business days

You’ll receive an email letting you know that your purchase was successful and all meeting details will be mentioned. You will have a link inside the application in top menu to “Start Meeting”, before 30 minutes from meeting time, you will be able to join the meeting and wait for our professional consultant to join as well, then session will start in video and audio secure ConsulTrust gateway

Yes, of course! If you change your mind, just feel free to send us a message or email and our support team will handle your request to support@consultrustpro.com. Also you you can go to “My Account” inside the mobile application, and press on “My Appointments” then you can select any meeting you want and you can edit the meeting, cancel it.

Yes! Our security program contains administrative, technical, and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard your information; for example, we use industry-standard encryption technology to secure your personal and payment information.
